NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! USE THESE GUYS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.
A few months ago, I took my Huawei phone to this shop for a simple battery replacement. It didn't even NEED it, but the phone was 6 years old, and where I live, I wouldn't be able to get the battery easily replaced, so I was being proactive. I asked the owner if I needed to back everything up, and he said no- it was a simple battery replacement. I should NEVER have trusted him- this is where my nightmare began.
It was supposed to take a few hours. Then he needed a few more hours. Then he was trying to bump it to the next day, but I was leaving and insisted I needed the phone back. He said it was going to take more time, so he gave me a brand new phone to get me through the next few days. I at first thought that was generous.
Turns out it wasn't generous at all. He was LYING to me the whole time. He had TOTALLED my phone. A PERFECTLY working phone had become a brick due to his incompetence. I've lost photos, voice notes, and written notes, most of which were irreplaceable, including from relatives that have passed.
This guy simply DID NOT CARE. He wouldn't give me his name or his email. He didn't apologize, he barely responded to my texts, and in short order he completely ghosted me. I've spent a LOT of money and time trying to recover the phone he destroyed, and he has taken ZERO responsibility for it. This man owes me a lot of money, but won't take responsibility.
DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. HE WILL NOT HELP YOU IF HE DAMAGES YOUR DEVICE, AND HE WILL TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS GUY TO FIX A TOASTER, AND HE IS NOT AN HONOURABLE MAN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Rang number to see if they could repair broken charging point as a matter of urgency. They said to bring straight around and repaired it in 10mins. Couldn't of been more helpful. Highly recommend

I took my iPhone 6s to the Earls Court branch and the technician advised me that the screen and battery would be replaced in one hour and indeed they were. I had booked two slots on their web site, one for the screen and one for the battery, as the website only allows scheduling of one type of repair per one hour slot. However the staff were happy to do the two repairs in one hour. So don't assume that you need two time slots for two jobs.
The battery had been weak for many months and definitely needed changing, but they also advised me that the power cable had not been inserting fully due to the charging port having some debris inside, which they also cleaned out.
Payment made (exact amount as their web site price list showed) and one very satisfied customer as a result. I will be happy to use this business in future, as I felt the two staff were very professional and trustworthy.

Absolutely brilliant 🤩 best value & customer service. I dropped my iPhone 8plus off that had a dangerously swollen battery at 9:30 this morning & it was repaired by 11:30. So convenient @ Warwick Rd. entrance of Earls Court Tube.

I brought my MacBook Air in last year after I had spilled some coffee on it - unfortunately. I was desperate, since at the time I was a student and my laptop had the world in it. I went in asking if they could do anything to repair it and they asked me to pay a non-refundable fee of £35 (if not more) to leave it with them and get an estimate of the damage.
The day after they call me saying that the damage is worse than expected and I would've had to pay more than £500 to fix my Mac.
One year later, I got that Macbook checked out by professionals and turns out the guys at Phone Heroes are BIG SCAMMERS. Instead of fixing my laptop they broke it even more; we found broken connectors, broken screws and loose wires (I am attaching pics for reference). The coffee residues were only on the keyboard and not inside the Macbook, meaning that the laptop could've been saved if I hadn't trusted these guys.
I wholeheartedly suggest you not go to these guys with your phones or laptop, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

Where do I even start.........after 9 months of utter frustration finally resolved after I threatened to sue. upon repeated attempts they still could not even rectify the problem they had caused from the initial battery swop out, they even put the wrong screws in and in the wrong place.
I'm not here to write everything about my experience, I will be doing that on my blogg and Social Media as it is very detailed and drawn out, it also was affecting my studies. After his replies today and money been paid back I should have continued down the road of taking him to court.
Very rude individual utterly contemptible liar, I have 'ALL' voice taped conversations with him and members of staff where I was accused of threatening behaviour also accused of having caused the damage myself. I was offered my money back which I didn't accept fully at the time as didn't know what the damage was and they were liable to rectify this, in the end I have received £40 less and settled at £110 which I am still happy with.
Seems to think he doesn't have to honour the warranty but the battery has NOT been touched and is working, it was the magnet that became lose when either solvent or heat is applied it loosened, when it's cold the magnet catch works correctly but once the aluminium case warms up it drops and that's where my rattle was coming from, you would think their technicians would have known this? But alas as I have said they really are cowboys.
I finally got it fixed in Manchester by FM Laptop repairs (they offer now a postal service, which I wasn't aware of at the time), so if your looking to get your laptop fixed bypass these clowns and get it sent up there, as I had to go to Manchester anyhow I gave it to them to fix and they were very reasonably priced fast efficient and knowledgeable, my go to Mac people from now, he was even laughing at the level of skill they have if they couldn't even figure that out, after repeated attempts.
Doesn't seem to know the law and that it is perfectly OK to tape any voice recordings in the UK was also unwilling to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution Service (ADR)
Anybody that has problems with company tape record him you don't even have to tell him (by law) and just sue very unreasonable guy absolute tool to be honest.
Think twice before using these charlatans, I'm amazed I even had to meet these cretins and hopefully now my battery will outlast the warranty period and I never have to interact with these imbeciles or have interaction with them again.
All you have to do is see the pictures provided and then make your own mind up whether you want to take a chance?
