Trampoline parks are something that people of all ages can enjoy. However, Bounce Below based in Wales is slightly different to any other trampoline park you may have been to. It’s based inside a cave and is the first of it’s kind to be underground. A similar trampoline park is set up in France however, this one is in the woods.
The cost of a 1 hour bounce is £25 for anyone above the age of 12 and £20 for children between the ages of 7-12. Spectators have to pay £5 if you want to stay and watch. It has just gone through a massive refurbishment as the whole project was around 3/4million pounds which included the planning and rebuilding. The trampoline park is based in an old slate mine in Blaenau Ffestiniog, North Wales.
You can bounce, play, slide, roll and jump from net to net as there are various different trampolines to play on. The refurbishment included four new industrial slides, being able to jump as high as two double decker buses and six new levels to explore. This means that there is now an additional 400 square metres to explore.
This looks like a great thing to do for a special occasion such as a birthday as it’s so unique and not your regular bowling or cinema birthday party. If you were to visit you may want to stay overnight somewhere as it is quite far away from London for example.
It would be a good thing to do in the Summer holidays when you have run out of things to do with the kids. It’s an experience that no one will forget as it’s so different and is sure to make any adult feel like a kid again. Although if you are scared of heights this particular trampoline park probably wouldn’t be ideal for you.
