If you are unable to visit one of our stores, you can mail us your faulty device. Upon receipt, we will repair it and mail it back to you on the same business day.
If you are experiencing performance issues with your Apple or Samsung device, but are unsure of the exact problem and if it can ever be fixed, do not panic! Phone Heroes London offer a diagnosis service. We will:

- Request your confirmation to proceed
